基于可持续发展的衡水市水资源优化配置研究

摘    要:针对衡水市水资源严重紧缺的现状,建立了基于可持续发展的衡水市水资源优化配置多目标模型,模型综合考虑了社会、经济、环境效益,应用遗传算法进行求解计算,最后得出衡水市水资源合理配置方案。文中结果以社会、经济、环境效益最大化和三者与水资源协调发展为目标,以期为缓解了衡水市严重缺水的状况,实现了水资源的高效利用提供参考。
