基于DSP和单片机的涡流检测数据采集系统

摘    要:针对裂纹涡流检测中数据采集量大、实时性要求高的特点,设计了一种基于DSP和单片机双CPU架构的数据采集系统。DSP负责数据采集、数字滤波与温度补偿等算法的实现,单片机负责菜单操作、人机与通信接口的管理,并采用双口RAM进行双CPU间的数据共享。处理后的数据通过单片机与上位机通信以实现数据的离线分析。该系统充分发挥了DSP运算能力强和单片机接口管理能力强的优点,在涡流检测领域中具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of numerous data and high real-time in metal surface cracks testing field,a data acquisition system based on DSP and MCU is proposed.DSP is used for the data acquisition,digital filter and temperature compensation,MCU is in charge of the menu operation,human-machine and communication interface management,and a dual-port RAM is used for the data sharing between the two processors.The processed data can be communicated with a PC to realize off-line data analysis.This system inherits the characteristics of high calculating ability,nice interface control ability,which has better application foreground in the field of eddy current testing.
