摘    要:针对玲南金矿原有分级尾砂非胶结充填系统存在的问题, 采用全尾砂结构流胶结充填工艺, 对原有系统进行改造, 充填参数为: 充填浓度69%±1%, 充填流量180 m3/h, 充填能力70万立方米/年, 充填料浆进入采场后基本无析水, 改善了矿山的开采环境和安全条件, 提高了资源回收率。

Abstract:In view of the problem in the existed uncemented backfill system with classified tailings in Lingnan gold mine,a technical transformation has been conducted adopting a technique of a cemented backfill with whole sand tailings flow with backfill parameters as follows: the concentration of tailings for backfill is 69%±1%, flow rate is at 180 m3/h and an annual capacity of backfill is at 700 000 m3, which resulted in no bleeding occurred in the tailings pulp for stope backfill. Such technical transformation has not only improved mining environment and safety conditions, but also  greatly increased the resources recovery.
