| Abstract: | Taking JSTMAP/NV software in the application of the stamping die development process as an example, The examples and application of JSTMAP/NV in the stamping die development process in the early, middle and late three stages are introduced. Some important factors for simulation applications, including blank mesh, material model, the simulation speed and accuracy of springback simulation and springback compensation etc. are summarized in detail. JSTMAP/NV throughout the stamping die development process, reduce the cost and shorten the development cycle are the absolute role of mold development process. |
