| 摘 要： | 根据板坯连铸机扇形段的载荷情况,对扇形段进行整体建模,运用有限元方法对扇形段的强度和刚度进行分析和计算,同时考虑在生产过程中高温铸坯对扇形段变形量的影响,为扇形段的设计提供了重要依据。

| Abstract: | This article describes analysis on and calculations of the strength and rigidity of flabelliform segments and utilizes finite element method plus monolithic modeling of the segments according to load condition in a slab caster,meanwhile points out the effects of hot strands on deformation of the segments during production,thus providing significant basis for designing of the segments. |
