摘    要:综述了高密度钨合金材料形变强化工艺的研究进展,重点介绍了轧制、旋锻、静液挤压(冷静液挤压,热静液挤压)等形变强化工艺对高密度钨合金材料性能的影响及各种工艺方法的优缺点,指出了形变强化工艺在高密度钨合金生产领域方面的优势及应用前景。

Abstract:Recent research progress in tungsten heavy alloys by deformation strengthening processing is reviewed.Typical deformation processing including rolling,swaging,and hydrostatic extrusion(cold hydrostatic extrusion,hot hydrostatic extrusion) are introduced.The effects of various deformation processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of W-Ni-Fe tungsten-based heavy alloys are discussed,and the advantageous and disadvantageous aspects of each individual deformation processing method are addressed.On this basis,summary remarks are presented on the prospect of deformation strengthening processing in the production of high performance tungsten heavy alloys.
