变频调速技术在炼油厂节能改造设计中的应用

摘    要:变频调速技术用于流量、液面控制系统,具有调速性能好、节能效果显著、运行工艺安全可靠等优点,笔者对变频调速与阀门控制方法进行了详细比较,并结合炼油厂节能改造的实际应用,得到了采用变频调速的节能实际数据。应用效果显示,应用变频技术后可以节能50%以上。

Abstract:When variable velocity variable frequency (VVVF) technology is applied in flow - rate and level control system, it has advantages of high reliability, good performance and better energy - saving effect. VVVF technology is compared with regular control valve, and the real energy - saving data with VVVF technology is obtained based on its actual application in refinery energy - saving revamping. It shows that 50% energy - saving can be achieved. The proposed method could be used for reference by other engineering projects.
