摘    要:三维速度测量在目标探测与分析中具有重要的意义.本文首先提出一种新的能有效实现时延频移解耦的雷达发射波形,分析了发射波形的模糊函数.分析了T-R4近程多基地雷达系统中目标速度矢量的测量方法,导出了与发射机位置无关的目标速度矢量算法公式,由于与发射机位置无关,该算法十分适合于发射机位置不固定的应用场合.文中对系统性能进行了分析并给出了计算机仿真结果.

Abstract:The velocity measurement in three dimensions is of important significance for target detection and analysis. In this paper, a new and effective ardar waveform for uncoupling time delay and Doppler shift and its ambiguity function of the waveform is analyzed first. An algorithm for measuring a target velocity vector with multistatic short range radar system is analyzed. Formulae for the calculation of velocity vector are derived with independent of transmitter position coordinates, witch is very suitable for the case when the transmitter is not fixed. System performances are simulated with the present algorithm and the results are presented for various conditions.
