大情字井油田优化钻井技术

摘    要:大情字井油田地层特殊,上部地层疏松、胶结差,且易水化膨胀,下部地层岩石硬度大、可钻性差,且裂缝较为发育。在钻进过程中存在着机械钻速低、井塌、井漏及缩径、卡钻等问题。通过地层岩石力学参数测试与分析、优化井身结构、优化钻井参数及防塌、堵漏等措施的研究与应用,形成了一套适合于大情字井油田的优化钻井技术。保证了钻井施工的顺利进行,较大幅度地提高了钻井速度。

Optimized Drilling Technologies in Daqingzijing Oilfield

Abstract:Daqingzijing Oilfield is a large oilfield with over 100 million tons of reserves in Jilin Oilfield discovered in recent years. However, the development of this oilfield is anyhow limited due to the formation characteristics, i.e., loose and unconsolidated upper formation, which can be easily hydrated, while the rock in lower formation is hard and has poor drillability, and the formation is highly fractured. Drilling is difficult in this area, such problems as hole collapse, lost circulation, hole shrinkage and stuck pipe frequently occur, and the penetration rate is very low. By testing and analyzing the formation rock mechanics, optimizing casing program and drilling parameter, applying lost circulation prevention and plugging, a set of optimized and fast drilling technology have been developed for drilling operation in this area, and field application proved it to be successful.
