| 摘 要： | 以无花果为主要原料，对用其制作保健果汁饮料的工艺要点进行了研究，研制出具有无花果特有风味的保健饮料。产品配方为：无花果汁25％＋蜂蜜2％＋柠檬酸0．1％＋蔗糖8％＋海藻酸钠0．05％＋果胶0．05％＋CMC-Na0．1％。
