摘    要:针对百叶窗翅片式换热器传热和流动性存在的问题,在风洞试验台上,对两种不同结构(单、三排管)换热器进行了试验,测量了非均匀来流条件下流动和传热的相关值,采用分布参数模型,由威尔逊网格法确定出了翅片的传热关联式;同时结合数值仿真的方法,研究了气流非均匀分布对换热器换热性能的影响,结果表明:非匀流时总的换热系数会下降8.2%。将模拟结果与试验值进行了比较,两者基本吻合,说明仿真程序代码可用作高效换热器的设计工具。
