摘    要:为解决40吨米液气锤无法实现小行程打击的问题,将可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术应用到液气锤的控制系统中。对液气锤打击过程的动力学进行了分析,建立了不同打击高度下锤头下落时间与锤体反弹时间之间的关系,提出了打击过程的分段时间逻辑控制方法。在保证工艺要求不变的基础上,对不同打击阶段的时间设定值进行了评价,进行了从初锻到终锻共计5 000余次的试验。研究结果表明,锻造过程中未出现欠打和连打现象,时间设定值与理论值相近。
