战车武器故障测试系统研究

摘    要:以工控PC机为核心,设计一个综合测试系统,其电缆接口连接被测武器系统的测试电缆。炮控系统部件、自动装弹系统部件测试由PC机直接控制,导弹控制部件测试采用模块化设计,通过总线与各测控模块连接在一起,测试指令由PC工控机发出,单片机实施,测试结果在PC机上显示,PC机与工控机之间通过RS232串口通信。应用结果表明:该测试系统使用方便、简单可靠,能检测武器系统中的绝大部分故障。

Abstract:A multiple test system is designed based on industrial control PC.Its cable interface connects to the test cable of object.The cannon control system and autoloader systems are directly detected by PC.The missile control system test is designed with models,and connects to detecting modules through bus.The test instructions are sent by PC,run by single chip processor and the result is displayed on screen of PC.The communication between PC and industrial control equipment is realized by RS232.The application result shows that this test system is convenient in using and reliable.It can detected the overwhelming majority faults of the weapon system.
