活性艳蓝KN-R染色色花成因与防止措施

摘    要:
通过对活性艳蓝KN-R染色性能的试验分析,以及产生染色色花的原因,系活性艳蓝KN-R在加碱固色初期吸色固色速率过快所致;由此提出解决色花问题的具体工艺措施,如适当降低固色温度;减少碱剂用量。分次加入碱剂,适当加快车速和采用预加碱等,获得较好效果。

Abstract:
Through property analysis of reactive Brill. Blue KN R dye, reasons for specks are ascertained, it is found that in the initial fixation after soda addition, the exhaustion and fixing rates are too high. Detailed measures to solve them are advanced, such as lowering the fixing temperature and alkali content, adding the alkali in several times, quickening the speed and preadding the alkali, therefore, better effects can be obtained.
