原油浓度分布光纤层析成像技术的实验研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种基于光纤过程层析成像技术(OFPT) 检测原油与机油截面浓度分布的新方法。该方法以1310nm 的LD 阵列为光源,由LD 阵列发出的激光,经光纤束传至光纤准直器阵列上变成平行光束,对待测液体进行检测,检测到的光信号到达光电探测器阵列上转换成为光电流,完成检测工作。本实验可实现24 条光路同时检测,实验表明误差小于3. 3 %。

Abstract:An optical fiber process tomography (OFPT) technique for measuring the concentration distribution at a cross section of crude oil and mobile oil has been developed. A laser diode (LD) array with 1310nm is the light source that is converted to the parallel light by fiber collimator array. The light passes the liquid samples and the output signal from the samples is transferred to the light current by a photodetector array. This setup can proceed with 24 optical path measurements simultaneously ,and the experiment errors is less than 3. 3 %.
