军事物流能力评价研究

摘    要:影响军事物流因素包括基础设施建设、运输工具与设备、军事运输管理、科技应用与信息化水平、物流人员素质,及物流体系的抗毁伤能力等。根据该因素建立指标体系,利用熵权法得出评判指标的熵权,由此建立军事物流能力评价模型。实例验证了该模型的可行性。

Abstract:Factors influence military logistics are infrastructure construction, transport tools and equipments, the management of military transportation, science, technology and information application, logistics operators' quality, logistics system anti-damage ability and so on. Establish the index system based on the above factors. The entropy method is used to getting the information entropy of the index. Establish the military logistics ability evaluation model. Finally, the possibility of this model is proved by a test.
