气井完井管柱安全状态评估系统设计与应用

摘    要:高温高压气井在生产和井下作业过程中,由于温度和压力的变化容易造成管柱变形,影响到管柱安全,因而需要开展天然气井完井管柱安全状况评估。文中在分析不同工况前后天然气井温度和压力变化的基础上,提出了相应的管柱变形计算和强度校核方法,并进行了实例计算,取得了较好效果。利用该方法,还可以帮助新井设计出安全的完井管柱,指导完井工艺的选择。
