高锰高铝钢纯净度控制关键技术研究进展

摘    要:摘要:汽车轻量化对低密度高锰高铝钢的需求日趋迫切,然而高锰高铝钢的大规模化生产仍受制于纯净度控制技术与连续浇注工艺。首先基于高锰高铝钢的成分特点,阐述了高锰高铝钢的微观组织特征,然后通过热力学模拟了高锰高铝钢中夹杂物的形成与演变规律,分析了不同Al和Mn含量对夹杂物的类型和含量的影响规律,最后总结了近年来国内外学者关于高锰高铝钢中夹杂物形成理论和实验研究,钢中高铝含量显著影响Al2O3、AlN及AlON的竞相析出以及影响MnS等夹杂的析出行为,进而从精炼渣、耐火材料和保护渣角度分析了高锰高铝钢冶炼特点并指出了其纯净度控制的关键方向。

Abstract:The demand of high-manganese and high-aluminum low-density steel is increasingly urgent for automobile lightweight. However, the large-scale production of high-manganese and high-aluminum steel is still subject to purification controlling and continuous casting processes. Firstly, based on the composition of high manganese and high aluminum steels, the microstructure characteristics of high manganese and high aluminum steels were described. Then the formation and evolution of inclusions were simulated by thermodynamics, the influence of different Al and Mn contents on the types and contents of inclusions was analyzed. The high Al content in steel significantly affects the competitive precipitation of Al2O3, AlN and AlON as well as solidification behavior of MnS inclusions. Finally, the theory and experimental studies on inclusions were summarized by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. Moreover, the smelting characteristics and key direction of purity control of high manganese and high aluminum steel from the perspective of refining slag, refractories and mold flux were pointed out.
