摘    要:通过对水钢 2 500 m3高炉炉缸堆积的成因进行分析,并对炉缸堆积治理过程进行总结,在优化装料制度的基础上,通过采取开放中心和稳定边缘煤气流、增加中心焦比例、缩小中心焦角、加组焦、提炉温、堵风口、改用长风口以及用锰矿和萤石洗炉等措施,使高炉生产逐步恢复正常,技术经济指标改善。

Abstract:The hearth accumulation reason for 2 500 m3blast furnace in Shuigang was analyzed, and the treatment process of hearth accumulation was summarized. Based on optimizing the charging system, blast furnace production gradually restored stability, technical and economic indicators were improved, with measures such as opening up the central gas flow and stabilizing edge gas flow, increasing the proportion of central coke, reducing the central coke angle, adding coke group, improving the blast furnace temperature, blocking the tuyere, switching long tuyere, and washing the blast furnace with the manganese ore and fluorite.
