基于铁矿粉基础工艺性能的烧结优化配矿方法研究进展

摘    要:铁矿粉供应的复杂多变加剧了烧结配矿的难度,易导致烧结生产及烧结矿性能的不稳定。传统的烧结杯试验配矿方法费时费力,研究开发新的优化配矿方法替代传统烧结杯试验配矿方法是钢铁企业提高配矿效率、实现降本增效的重要途径。详细介绍了铁矿粉常温性能、铁矿粉高温性能、热力学计算等指导烧结配矿的方法,分析了主要烧结配矿方法的技术特点,对烧结配矿研究方向进行了展望。指出铁矿粉的高温性能是基于铁矿粉基础工艺性能的烧结优化配矿方法的核心。查明铁矿粉关键基础工艺性能与烧结产质量的关系,是解决烧结优化配矿可靠性的关键。

Abstract:The difficulty of sintering ore blending has significantly increased due to the complex and changeable supply of iron ore, which leads to the instability of sintering production and sinter properties. The traditional sintering ore blending method by sinter pot test is time consuming and laborious. Thus developing novel methods of optimization ore blending is an important way for improving the sintering ore blending efficiency and reducing costs in iron and steel enterprises. The methods of guiding optimization ore blending were introduced, which based on the basic process performance of iron ore at room temperature and high temperature, and the thermodynamic calculations. The main technical characteristics of these methods were analyzed, and the research directions of sintering optimization ore blending was prospected. The high temperature performance of iron ore is the core of the optimization ore blending method based on the basic process performance of iron ore. The relationship between the key basic process performance of iron ore and the sinter production and quality is found out, which is the key to improving the reliability of optimization ore blending.
