摘    要:磷在钢中作为一种有害元素会危害钢材的塑性、韧性和可焊性等性能,如何高效地降低钢中的磷含量一直成为国内外钢铁企业的研究重点.总结并分析了转炉冶炼中造渣料、氧枪控制、底吹控制、冶炼温度和转炉渣成分对脱磷的影响,并以此为基础,对转炉脱磷技术的发展进行了展望,为钢铁企业的脱磷工艺提供理论依据和技术参考.

Abstract:As a harmful element in steel, phosphorus can harm the plasticity, toughness and weldability of steel. How to effectively reduce phosphorus content in steel has been a research focus of domestic and foreign steel enterprises. The influences of slag material, converter lance control, bottom blowing control, smelting temperature and converter slag compositions on dephosphorization in BOF smelting were summarized and analyzed. On this basis, the development of dephosphorization technology of BOF was prospected, which could provide theoretical basis and technical reference for dephosphorization technology of steel enterprises.
