摘    要:发电机组经过长周期运行,高压调节门流量特性会逐渐发生变化,预设的DEH阀门管理参数与实际的流量特性不匹配,导致机组在单阀、顺序阀切换过程中出现负荷波动大的情况,影响机组的安全稳定运行。提出单阀和顺序阀序下流量特性简化建模方法及模型参数求解方法,在模型基础上提出基于逆向分段解耦的流量特性优化算法,并以某320 MW循环流化床机组为实例,验证该优化方案。试验结果证明:优化后的阀门管理参数提高了单阀和顺序阀方式下流量特性的匹配度,单顺阀切换过程中负荷波动得到明显改善。

Abstract:After long period of operation, the flow characteristics of governors in the generator unit may deviate gradually from its original values, thus the pre-set DEH parameter values are no longer in line with the actual flow characteristics. Eventually it will cause substantial load fluctuation during the single-sequential valve switching process, which will compromise the security of unit operation. This paper proposes the simplified modeling and related solution methods for the flow characteristics of governors, and then designs a flow characteristics optimization scheme based on reverse flow segments. Then the scheme is applied in a 320 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler for case studies and testing. The experimental results show that the matching degree of the flow characteristics under single-sequential valve operation mode has been greatly improved through the optimization of the governor parameters, such that the load fluctuation is effectively suppressed during the valve switching process.
