摘    要:2019年6月17日,四川省宜宾市长宁县发生MS6.0级地震及多次余震,对长宁地区造成了严重的影响,大量村镇建筑受到了不同程度的破坏。对长宁地区进行了震害调查,从地震直接灾害和次生灾害两个方面,分析不同形式结构的震害特征和破坏原因。震害调查和分析结果表明:在此次地震中,木结构和钢筋混凝土框架结构主体结构震害较轻,但仍有少量木结构出现了倒塌,部分框架结构出现了吊顶、填充墙等非结构构件的破坏;砌体结构则是当地村镇建筑的主要结构形式,由于缺乏正规的抗震设计和有效抗震构造措施,在此次地震中破坏最为严重,是导致人员伤亡的主要原因。根据震害原因和四川省的具体情况,对村镇建筑的抗震加固、抗震构造措施、非结构构件抗震和地震次生灾害防治提出了几点建议,以提高村镇建筑抗震防灾能力,供我国城乡抗震韧性建设和评估参考。

Abstract:On June 17th, 2019, an MS6.0 earthquake and multiple aftershocks struck Changning County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, which had a serious impact on Changning area. A large number of rural buildings were damaged with varying degrees. Seismic damage investigations were carried out in Changning area. The seismic damage characteristics and causes of different structure types were analyzed in two aspects, direct seismic disasters and secondary disasters. It is found that the seismic damage of the main structure of the timber structure and RC structure is generally relatively light, but there are still a few collapsed timber structures and the non-structural members such as damaged suspended ceilings and infilled walls of some RC structures. Masonry structure is widely used in local villages and towns. Due to lack of formal seismic design and effective seismic structural measures, it is damaged most severely in the earthquake, which is the major cause of casualties. Finally, according to the causes of seismic damage and the specific situation of Sichuan Province, several suggestions were put forward on the seismic reinforcement of the rural buildings, details of the structural seismic design, seismic protection of the non-structural components and mitigation of the seismic secondary disasters to improve the seismic performance of the rural buildings, which provide reference for the construction and evaluation of seismic resilient urban and rural areas in China.
