Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of unbalanced fault judgment of mechanical equipment, in view of the current situation that the calculation of vibration signal detection and analysis is based on the server cloud platform, a method implemented at the edge computing end was proposed. The unbalance fault of rotating machinery was analyzed by adaptive digital filter, and the algorithm of adaptive band-pass digital filter based on center frequency was applied to embedded Microcomputer Unit(MCU) platform to remove the noise. The collected signal was passed through the center frequency band-pass filter, and the digital filter transfer function was used to calculate and analyze the data. At the same time, the MCU was used to collect the speed signal, so that the center frequency of the filter changed with the fundamental frequency of the rotor, noise was removed, and the unbalanced vibration signal was obtained. Through the unbalanced vibration signal obtained by calculation, the fault frequency was extracted by FFT, and the dynamic balance fault of rotating machinery was obtained.
