摘    要:针对钢渣(SS)矿渣(GBFS)钡渣(BS)复合胶凝材料水化硬化慢的问题,提出一种活性激发晶种强化的方法,以加速水化硬化过程.通过正交试验设计得到活性激发剂配比(质量分数)为煅烧脱硫石膏11%、铝酸钙3%、元明粉0.75%.利用含该激发剂的胶凝材料快速预水化制备复合晶种,能够显著促进胶凝材料水化结晶过程,提高早期强度,...

Abstract:With regard to the slow hydration and hardening of steel slag/granulatedblast furnace slag/barium slag(SS/GBFS/BS) cementitious materials, a method of chemical activation composite with seed crystal strengthening was proposed to accelerate the hydration and hardening process. The ratio of activator gotten by orthogonal experiment was calcined desulfurized gypsum 11%, calcium aluminate 3%, and sodium sulfate 0.75%. The composite seed crystal prepared by rapid pre-hydration of SS/GBFS/BS cementitous material containing the activator could further promote the hydration and crystallization process of cementitous material, improve the early strength and low-temperature application performance. When the dosage of composite seed crystal was 4%, the 3 d and 28 d compressive strength values of cementitious material increased from 25.5 and 39.1 MPa to 29.8 and 42.5 MPa, respectively. The hydration products of cementitous material were analyzed by XRD, FT-IR and SEM. It showed that the hydration products mainly included ettringite (AFt), hydrated calcium silicate (C-S-H) and hydrated calcium aluminate (C-A-H), etc. The use of seed crystal promoted the formation of AFt and C-S-H, especially the former.
