摘    要:ANF-8渣系是目前曲轴钢电渣重熔工艺常用的渣系,具有很强的脱硫、脱磷以及去除非金属夹杂物能力,但是渣系碱度较高,钢液容易出现吸氢增氧问题,从而降低钢材的综合性能,而适当加入SiO2可以减少此类问题的发生。针对SiO2质量分数对ANF-8渣系性能影响的问题,采用共存理论,以ANF-8渣系为基础,对不同温度下、不同SiO2质量分数的炉渣组元活度进行计算,对渣系组分的活度变化规律进行定量分析,进而达到优化高温下渣系热力学性能的目的。由计算结果可知,加入SiO2对渣系组元的活度影响较大,渣中CaO活度下降,CaF2、SiO2和Al2O3的活度上升;温度变化对各组元活度的影响不大。对渣系方案的SiF4平衡分压,炉渣的熔点、黏度、表面张力以及夹杂物类型进行统计分析,得出质量分数为6%的SiO2含量能够提升炉渣的整体性能。

Abstract:ANF-8 slag system is commonly used in the electroslag remelting process of crankshaft steel, which has strong desulfurization, dephosphorization and removal of non-metallic inclusions. However, the slag system has high alkalinity, and the molten steel is prone to hydrogen absorption and oxygen increase, thereby reducing the comprehensive performance of steel. Appropriate addition of SiO2 can reduce the occurrence of such problems. In view of the influence of SiO2 mass fraction on the performance of ANF-8 slag system, based on the ANF-8 slag system, the activity of slag components at different temperatures and different SiO2 mass fractions was calculated by the coexistence theory, and the activity variation of slag components was quantitatively analyzed, so as to optimize the thermodynamic performance of slag system at high temperature. The results show that the addition of SiO2 has a great influence on the activity of slag components, the activity of CaO in slag decreases, and the activity of CaF2, SiO2 and Al2O3 increases. Temperature change has little effect on the activity of each component. The SiF4 equilibrium partial pressure of slag system scheme, melting point, viscosity, surface tension and inclusion type of slag were statistically analyzed. It is concluded that 6%SiO2 content can improve the overall performance of slag.
