中碳高铝钢表面缺陷研究及控制

摘    要:中碳高铝钢由于铝元素含量高,其包晶反应及渣钢反应均很强烈,导致铸坯表面缺陷多发,经常出现纵裂、凹陷等缺陷。针对这些缺陷,从中碳高铝钢钢种成分出发,研究了钢种的包晶反应特性及裂纹敏感性。在此基础上,结合钢渣反应,对现有保护渣及连铸工艺进行了优化。工业生产实践表明,优化后的保护渣及相关连铸工艺参数,能有效控制中碳高铝表面缺陷的产生,避免纵裂及凹陷等缺陷的发生。

Abstract:Due to the high content of aluminum, the peritectic reaction and slag-steel reaction of medium-carbon high-aluminum steel are very strong, which lead to multiple surface defects of slab, such as longitudinal cracks and depressions. In view of these defects, the characteristics of peritectic reaction and crack sensitivity of medium-carbon high-aluminum steel were studied from steel composition. On this basis, combined with slag reaction, the existing mold flux and continuous casting process were optimized. The industrial production practice showed that the optimized mold flux and relevant continuous casting process parameters can effectively control the surface defects of medium-carbon high-aluminum steel, and avoid the occurrence of longitudinal cracks and depressions.
