摘    要:为了研究孔结构对高炉焦炭降解过程的影响,通过溶损-转鼓实验分析了不同溶损焦炭的孔结构分形特征和微观组织结构变化.在此基础上,通过引入考虑分形特征的物料破碎方程,分析了焦炭降解能耗与表面分形维数之间的联系.结果表明:考虑分形特征的功耗方程可以较好地应用于冶金焦炭的降解过程中,焦炭降解能耗与分形维数之间存在明显的相关性,反...

Abstract:In order to study the effect of porous structure of coke on the degradation process of blast furnace, the fractal characteristics and microstructure changes of coke with different solution loss were analyzed by solution loss drum experiment. On this basis, the relationship between degradation energy consumption and surface fractal dimension of coke was analyzed by introducing material crushing equation considering fractal characteristics. The results show that the energy consumption equation considering the fractal characteristics can be applied to the degradation process of metallurgical coke. There is an obvious correlation between the energy consumption of coke degradation and fractal dimension, and the reaction atmosphere will affect the fractal dimension of coke surface, thus changing the difficulty of coke degradation.
