Abstract:The ironmaking system is a vital part of iron and steel production process. Based on the material and energy conservation law and reaction kinetics, combined with the theory of system energy saving and mixed integer linear programming method (MILP), the energy consumption and production cost integrated optimization model of ironmaking system (sintering, pelletizing, blast furnace process) was established. The actual data of enterprise were used to compare and verify the effectiveness of the model, and the optimal batching and operation parameters of each process under the target were obtained. The results show that the energy consumption and cost of molten iron are reduced by 0.35 GJ/t and 68.40 Yuan/t, respectively, when the energy consumption and production cost are comprehensively considered for multi-objective optimization. In addition, the model was used to analyze the influence of pellet ratio on energy consumption and cost of system, as well as the iron slag, coke ratio and coal ratio of blast furnace. It is pointed out that increasing pellet ratio is an effective measure to reduce blast furnace energy consumption, coke ratio and iron slag.
