柱承重模块化钢框架抗侧刚度足尺试验与理论计算方法研究

摘    要:作为高度集成的预制装配化建筑形式之一,柱承重箱式模块化钢结构建筑因成本低、效率高和节能环保等优势成为工业化建筑结构的发展热点。为得到该类结构在水平荷载作用下的受力性能,提出基于D值法的修正分析方法,并对足尺双层单跨柱承重箱式模块化钢结构进行水平荷载作用下的受力性能试验,得到了结构的整体抗侧刚度,分析了加载过程中结构的受力和变形特征,提出了结构在水平静力荷载作用下的简化分析模型,并对其准确性进行了验证。结果表明:柱承重箱式模块化钢结构能够较好地抵抗水平荷载作用,在达到现行规范要求的柱顶位移限值时节点未出现明显破坏;采用简化分析模型能够快速地计算箱式模块化钢结构的抗侧刚度,其结果比传统理论计算方法的更为精确。

Abstract:As one of the prefabricated building types with the high integration degree, column-supported volumetric modular steel building has become a hot topic for industrial construction due to its outstanding performance of high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection but low cost. In order to obtain the mechanical behaviors of such structures under lateral loading, the modified analysis method based on D value method was proposed, and one full-scale two-story one-bay column-supported modular steel model was tested. The overall lateral stiffness of the column-supported modular steel building structure was obtained. The stress and deformation characteristic of the structure during the loading process were analyzed. The accuracy of the simplified analysis model for the structure under lateral load was verified. The results show that the column-supported modular steel building structure can resist lateral load. There is no obvious damage observed when the column top displacement limit is reached. The simplified analysis model can easily calculate the lateral stiffness of the column-supported modular steel building structure with more accurate results than the traditional method.
