摘    要:以443铁素体不锈钢为研究对象,研究了冷轧工艺对其表面抗皱性能的影响.结果表明,冷轧采用二轧程的生产工艺可以明显改善表面抗起皱性能;一轧程冷轧板芯部存在明显的晶粒簇,沿着轧向成条状分布,晶粒呈非等轴状,尺寸偏大,而二轧程冷轧板芯部组织分布均匀;一轧程冷轧板表层和芯部除了γ纤维再结晶外还保留强烈的{112}<110>织构...

Abstract:The effect of the cold rolling process on the wrinkle resistance of 443 ferrite stainless steel surface was studied. The results showed that the surface anti-wrinkle property can be improved obviously by the second rolling process. After the first rolling process, there were grain clusters in the center of rolling plate, which were distributed in strips along the rolling direction, and the grain size was non-equiaxed crystals with large sizes. The core structure of the cold-rolled plate in the second rolling pass was uniform. For the first rolling pass, in addition to the γ-fiber recrystallization, the surface and core of the cold-rolled plate retained a strong {112}<110> texture, and the strength of the γ-fiber recrystallization texture was less than that for the second rolling process. It could effectively eliminate the adverse effects of the original columnar solidification structure, weaken the deformation texture of α-fibers, and make the microstructure grain orientation distribution more uniform by adopting the second rolling process.
