摘    要:基于现在大生产中钢产品的质量控制和改进,以45Mn带状组织改善、SM490性能不合格问题解决为例,论述了金相测试技术在质量改进中的重要作用。客观地说明了不同类型显微检测的技术贡献,并指出了目前大生产中金相技术的良好适应性和显著优势。

Abstract:Based on the quality control and improvement of steel products in mass production at present, taking the improvement of 45Mn banded structure and the solution of SM490 unqualified mechanical properties as examples, the important role of metallographic testing technology in quality improvement was discussed. The technical contribution of different types of micro inspection is objectively explained, and the good adaptability and significant advantages of metallographic technology in mass production are pointed out.
