摘    要:工业水岸转型实践呈多元化发展趋势,基于对上海、广州近年若干更新案例的观察,城市共享的日常空间营造已成为具共识性的更新方向。鳒鱼洲工业遗存在珠三角地区滨水工业遗存中具有典型性,其更新既面对融入城市、激发活力的共性问题,也面临文化个性的建构问题。以案例考察、项目特征解读为基础,通过对项目设计的条分缕析,归纳出以城市性重构为基础,地方性塑造点睛的园区日常空间营造方法,提出通过“疏、补、活、变”策略实现城市性,结合地方传统审美、气候友好设计塑造地方性的整体更新实践路径;对项目落地及初步使用情况加以反思,指出具体实践路径随城市发展具有渐进性特征,需要在多方合作下持续实现。

Abstract:The transformation of the waterfront industrial remains has experienced significant development recently. Based on a review of several case studies in Shanghai and Guangzhou, it is clear that the planning and design of an integrated urban public space have become important driving forces for the renewal of waterfront industrial remains. The dual values of heritage and waterfront spaces realize compound benefits through the organic combination of industrial and leisure functions. The construction of urban shared daily spaces could also help realize the three-fold concept of heritage, waterfront, and public spaces, and will be widely used for renewal engineering in the future.  Jianyuzhou Industrial Remains are regarded as typical waterfront industrial remains in the Pearl River Delta. Based on field surveys and the interpretation of project characteristics, the realistic conditions and issues against the renewal project were analyzed. The renewal of the Jianyuzhou Industrial Remains is the first attempt at the overall renewal of Dongguan. The renewal zone will become one of the key nodes in the urban recreation system owing to its unique centralization. Some future issues need to be considered, including connecting the remains renewal with the city organically, reserving the space to connect with the urban recreation system and the slow traffic system in the future. In addition, the renewal adopts the update mode, dominated by enterprises under the guidance of the government. Economy and publicity will be heavily involved in the reconstruction and the utilization of industrial remains, along with the development of the waterfront landscape space. There are real problems concerning organically integrating shoreline restoration with the remains renewal and rebuilding the relationship between the heritage space and the waterfront.  Based on an analysis of typical issues against renewal, the daily space construction design method is realized in the two dimensions of urbanity and locality. Urbanity is reconstructed by “dredging, darning, activating, and adapting”. First, the remaining space was sorted through “dredging”. The planning framework was set up through demolition and retention operations, and the building clusters and courtyard textures were optimized. Second, the roaming system was constructed by “darning”. The spatial level was enriched by adding and rebuilding methods, complementing the structure of the remains with new buildings, and optimizing the transportation network in conjunction with the corridors to introduce the waterfront landscape. To activate the space hierarchically by “activating”, the industrial structures with strong historical characteristics were maintained and repaired. The structures moderately updated the buildings with industrial characteristics, strengthened the modern characteristics of the general buildings to form a good conversion between the old and new buildings, and maintained the original atmosphere of the site. The flexible design of “adapting” was introduced to improve space utilization efficiency through time-sharing in space use and compatibility to adapt to different activities and meet the continuous construction needs of urbanism. Furthermore, the locality draws from Lingnan traditional gardening techniques to integrate the elements of the park and create heterogeneous and homogeneous urban gardens. The locality of the park was enhanced through three-dimensional gardening and superimposing industrial space with a garden aesthetic, which optimized the daily recreation experience of residents through a climate-friendly design.  Combined with the summary of the landing project and preliminary uses, it is clear that the construction of urban daily public spaces is gradual. Its specific practice path is not a fixed template, and the implementation of a design concept depends on the joint maintenance of the developer, the operator, and the designer. This has to be continuously implemented under multi-cooperation conditions. In addition, the balance between real economic interests and long-term public interests usually affects the implementation of the renewal design, which should be the subject of future research.
