高炉冶炼精准开炉工艺技术研究及其应用

摘    要:主要对高炉精准开炉工艺的应用进行了深入研究。基于炼铁基础理论,集成了标准化、精准化的开炉作业流程、开炉冶炼进程中合理参数选择及控制等共性关键操作技术。应用于昆钢某1 080 m3高炉的生产实践表明,可实现开炉期各个阶段相关联冶炼参数的协调发展,对开炉期过程内的复杂计算、过程处理及冶炼进程进行系统、有效控制。实现了在开炉头次铁出尽后的2~5个冶炼周期内喷煤、富氧,达到开炉6天利用系数大于3.10 t/(d·m3)、w([Si])稳定在0.40%~0.65%、燃料比小于550 kg/t的目标,显著缩短冶炼进程、降低开炉成本。

Abstract:The precise blowing-in technology of BF is studied in depth. Based on the basic theory of iron-making, the standardized and accurate blowing-in process, reasonable selection of smelting parameters and control, and other common key operation technologies are integrated. The production practice of a 1 080 m3 BF in Kunming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. shows that the coordinated development of smelting parameters in each stage of the blowing-in period can be realized. And the complex calculation, process treatment and smelting process of the blowing-in period are systematically and effectively controlled. Coal injection and oxygen enrichment are realized in 2-5 smelting cycles after the first iron is exhausted. The utilization coefficient of the furnace in 6 days after blowing-in is more than 3.10 t/(d·m3), w([Si]) is stable between 0.40%-0.65%, and the fuel ratio is less than 550 kg/t. The smelting process is significantly shortened and the cost of blowing-in is reduced.
