钢-混凝土预制混合梁框架抗侧刚度等效计算及精度分析

摘    要:随着装配式建筑发展中新型建造体系和建造技术不断创新,预制构件连接节点的半刚性特性逐渐引起国内外学者的关注。通过单层单跨的预制混合梁框架抗侧刚度给出了削减系数与半刚性折减系数的计算式,提出了在水平荷载作用下多层多跨预制混合梁框架侧移量的等效计算方法。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了模型进行分析,对比分析了预制混合梁框架有限元模型与等效均质梁框架模型计算结果。结果表明:在水平荷载作用下,利用削减系数与半刚性折减系数建立的等效均质梁框架与预制混合梁框架结果吻合较好,等效计算方法具有较高的准确性。当框架节点转动刚度偏小时,预制混合梁框架与均质混凝土梁框架水平位移相差相对较小;随着框架节点转动刚度增大,水平位移差异逐渐增大。

Abstract:With the development of continuous innovation of new construction system and construction technology in prefabricated construction, the semi-rigid characteristic of connections of precast components takes domestic and foreign scholars attention gradually. The reduction coefficient and semi-rigid reduction coefficient were given by lateral stiffness of one-story one-span frame with precast hybrid beam. The equivalent calculating method of multi-story and multi-span precast hybrid beam frames under horizontal load was proposed. The models were created by FEM (finite element method) analysis software ABAQUS, and the calculation results of FEM of the frame with precast hybrid steel-concrete beams and the frame with equivalent homogeneous concrete beams were compared. The results show that the equivalent frame models which are established by coefficient and semi-rigid reduction coefficient fit well with precast hybrid beam frames under horizontal loads, and it proves that equivalent method has high accuracy. When rotational stiffness of frame joints is small, there is little difference between the frame with precast hybrid steel-concrete beams and homogeneous concrete beam frames in the lateral displacement.The difference of lateral displacements will increase with the increase of the rotational stiffness of frame joints.
