铀转化生产线含氟废水处理工艺设计

摘    要:为有效处理铀转化生产线废水中的氟,并将其含氟量降低至排放限值以下,设计了钙盐絮凝沉淀法和超滤与离子交换法相结合的铀转化生产线含氟废水处理工艺,其主要流程为先使用石灰、聚合氯化铝和聚丙烯酰胺进行石灰絮凝沉淀除去大部分F-,然后利用超滤膜除去废水中的氟化钙微粒,最后利用特种阴离子交换树脂对微量F-进行选择性吸附达到进一步除氟的目的。实验室规模试验和工程化应用试验结果表明,该工艺可使含氟废水中的F-含量降低至2 mg/L以下,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中F-含量小于10 mg/L的要求。

Abstract:In order to effectively treat the fluorine in wastewater from the uranium conversion production line and reduce its fluorine content to within the emission limit, a treatment process for fluorine containing wastewater in a uranium conversion production line combining calcium salt flocculation precipitation method, ultrafiltration and ion exchange method was designed. The main process of the fluorine containing wastewater treatment process is to use lime, polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide for lime flocculation precipitation to remove most of the fluorine ions, then use ultrafiltration membranes to remove calcium fluoride particles in the wastewater, and finally use special anion exchange resin to selectively adsorb trace fluorine ions to achieve the purpose of further fluorine removal. Through laboratory scale tests and engineering application tests, it is found that this process can reduce the fluorine ion content in fluorine containing wastewater to below 2 mg/L, which meets the requirement of less than 10 mg/L in comprehensive discharge standard of wastewater (GB 8978-1996).
