| 摘 要： | 采用活性炭对以酶法生产并通过模拟移动床分离得到的L-苯丙氨酸(L-phe)洗脱液的粗结晶溶液进行了脱色研究。考察了pH、脱色温度、活性炭用量、料液浓度、脱色时间等工艺条件对脱色效果的影响,确立了最佳的工艺条件,并成功应用于工业生产。

| Abstract: | We optimized decoloration conditions of L -phenylalanine from extract of SMB by active carbon. We studied some factors of decoloration such as pH, temperature, the used quality of active carbon, concentration in solution and time. Then we used this optimizational conditions in production successfully. |
