摘    要:TGB7L断路器是在吸收国内外先进技术的基础上,进行二次开发的新产品。介绍了TGB7L漏电断路器的漏电模块动作机构的改进设计和灭弧系统的优化设计及结构特点,给出了漏电模块动作机构图,采用了有助于灭弧的绝缘材料,器壁侵蚀和气吹灭弧技术,保证了新产品性能指标,满足了标准的要求,降低了成本,提高了产品性价比。

Abstract:On the basis of absorbing advanced technology both at home and abroad TGB1L circuit breaker is a new product which had been carried out for second time development.Introduction was made to the improved design of residual current module action mechanism and optimized design of arc extinguishing system and structural features,giving out residual current module action mechanism diagram,adopting insulation material favorable for arc extinguishing,housing wall corrosion and air-blast arc extinguishing technology,assuring new product performance index,meeting the requirements of the standard,reducing the cost and raising product performance cost ratio.
