助催化剂对Fe1-xO基氨合成催化剂性能的影响

摘    要:利用高温熔融法制备系列Fe1-xO基催化剂,考察助催化剂对氨合成熔铁催化剂性能的影响。采用阶梯升温还原实验、H2热重实验、低温N2物理吸附和SEM-EDS等表征催化剂活性、还原性、耐热性和物理结构。结果表明,助催化剂M1的掺杂能够提高催化剂活性和耐热性,助催化剂M2的掺杂显著提高催化剂的还原性能。

Abstract:A series ofFe1-xO based catalysts were prepared by high temperature fusion method.The properties of M1 and M2 dopedFe1-xO based catalysts for ammonia synthesis were investigated.With the help of the experiment of in situ reduction and activity test by step heating,H2 thermogravimetric experiment, low-temperature N2 physical adsorption,SEM-EDS,the influence of promoters M1 and M2 on the activity,reduction behavior,physical phase and the texture ofFe1-xO based catalysts was investigated.The results showed that promoters M1 and M2 obviously improved the activity and reduction properties of the catalyst.
