固体氧化物燃料电池梯度复合阴极材料的研制

摘    要:文章尝试采用凝胶浇注法分别制备掺锶的锰酸镧La0.4Sr0.6MnO3(LSM),氧化钐掺杂氧化铈Ce0.8Sm0.2O3(SDC),镧锶钴铁La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3(LSCF)阴极材料粉体,然后以LSCF为基体,用LSM、SDC、LSCF分别进行掺杂所得粉体材料作为IT-SOFC的阴极材料。烧结后研究所得阴极材料的烧结性能和电学性能,并对掺杂物质对LSCF其微观结构和相关性能进行测试分析,将不同掺杂粉体制备的烧结体与纯的LSCF烧结体进行比较。

Abstract:In this dissertation,Strontium doped LaMnO3,Ce0.8Sm0.2O3(SDC) and La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3(LSCF)powders were prepared by gel-casting process.After sintering at different temperature,both the property and microstructure of sintered samples were characterized.The results showed that the cathodes materials powder formation the perovsikite-phase at 750 ℃,1 200 ℃.The relative density of sample increased with the sintering temperature and the open porosity decrease.
