基于COSMOSMotion井下打捞器打捞过程仿真试验研究

摘    要:运用仿真技术对井下工具工作过程进行动态模拟,不仅可以观察工具在井下的整个工作过程,而且还可以在虚拟环境下修改结构和进行性能分析,既缩短井下工具的开发周期,又降低开发成本。为此,运用SolidWorks及其运动仿真插件COSMOSMotion,对ZDM型钻具倒扣捞矛虚拟样机进行建模、装配和运动仿真,得出相应的运动曲线,分析了ZDM型钻具倒扣捞矛虚拟样机的关键技术及其解决方案,为井下工具的研制提供了崭新的设计方法。

Abstract:The simulation technology is used to simulate the working condition of downhole tools dynamically, which can not only observe the working condition, but also revise the structure and analyze the performance under the virtual environment. It not only shortens the downhole development period, but also reduces the development cost. Therefore, the model establishment, assembling and kinematic simulation are made about the virtual prototype of ZDM type drill left hand fishing spear by using SolidWorks and the kinematic simulation plug-in COSMOSMotion to obtain the kinematic curve. The key technology and its solution of the virtual prototype of ZDM type drill left hand fishing spear are analyzed to provide the novel designing method for the development of downhole tools.
