氨基酸对大肠杆菌BL21产嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶的影响

摘    要:采用单因素方差分析,考察了合成培养基中各种氨基酸对大肠杆菌BL21产嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶总酶活的影响;同时采用聚类分析和粗糙集分析,考察了复合培养基中氨基酸对大肠杆菌BL21产嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶总酶活的影响。结果表明,在合成培养基和复合培养基中对总酶活影响显著的是不同的氨基酸。在复合培养基中,丙氨酸和甘氨酸对产酶有明显促进作用且存在交互作用,两者浓度分别控制在80~140 mg.L-1和140~200 mg.L-1之间时能够很好地保证发酵产量。
