摘    要:主要介绍一种基于FANUC机器人的鼓式刹车片成型生产线的设计方案和实现过程。在现有成型工艺和设备的基础上,研究自动化实现方案。采用3台六轴机器人配合相应桁架、运动平台、运料小车及自动收料机,以实现胚料压制、胚料取出、坯料运送、吹屑清洁、喷脱模剂、冷坯放置、成品取出、自动收料等动作,从而实现整个成型生产的自动化。

Abstract:The design and implementation process of a drum brake pad molding production line was mainly introduced based on FANUC robot. On the basis of the existing molding technology and equipment, the automatic realization scheme was studied. Three 6-axis robots were used with corresponding truss, motion platform, transport car and automatic reclaimer to realize preform body pressing, preform body removal, preform body transportation, blowing chip & cleaning, spray mold release agent, preform body placement,product taking out, automatic collection and other actions, so the entire automatic process of molding production was realized.
