折叠翼展开机构设计仿真及试验分析

摘    要:针对折叠翼展开机构设计对展开过程的影响,建立翼片展开-展开机构的数学模型。通过ADAMS 软件仿真和炮射试验分别进行对比,展开机构设计时,可单独采用转速模块或扭簧力矩模块,若翼片展开到位角速度过大可考虑增加摩擦力矩模块,气动力矩模块需配合其他模块共同作用。试验结果表明,该设计可为同类型的折叠翼展开机构设计提供理论参考。

Design, Simulation and Experimental Analysis ofFolding Wing Deployment Mechanism
Abstract:In view of the influence of the folding wing deployment mechanism design on the deployment process, themathematical model of the wing deployment-deployment mechanism is established. Through the comparison of ADAMSsoftware simulation and gun-launched test, the rotational speed module or torsional spring torque module can be used alonein the design of the deployment mechanism, if the angular velocity of the wing deployment is too large, the friction torquemodule can be considered to increase, and the aerodynamic torque module needs to cooperate with other modules. The testresults show that the design can provide a theoretical reference for the design of the same type of folding wing deploymentmechanism.
