摘    要:针对内蒙古某稀有稀土多金属矿开展了粗粒预先抛尾工艺研究。通过重液浮沉试验获得了原矿预先抛尾的理论指标,通过系统的条件试验,研发了原矿“重介质旋流器分选+摇床重选”的组合粗粒抛尾工艺。结果表明:原矿破碎至-1.25 mm后,通过重介质旋流器和摇床分选,可以在入磨前抛弃30.72%的尾矿,得到REO、ZrO2、Nb2O5的回收率为94.03%、93.99%和91.04%的精矿。该工艺有助于节省磨矿成本,提升矿床开发经济效益。

Abstract:A coarse-grained pre-discarding tailing process was studied for a rare metal and rare earth polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia. Based on the heavy liquid separation experiments, the theoretical indexes of pre tailing of raw ore was confirmed. Through the systematic condition tests, we put forward a combined coarse-grained pre-discarding tailing process of "dense medium cyclone (DMC) separation and shaker gravity separation". According to the research results, after the raw ore was crushed to -1.25 mm and separated by DMC and shaking table, 30.72% tailings can be discarded before grinding. The recovery rates of REO, ZrO2 and Nb2O5 of concentrate obtained was 94.03%, 93.99% and 91.04% respectively. The process is helpful to save grinding cost and improve the economic benefit of deposit development.
