摘    要:选矿废水的完全回用是建设绿色矿山和资源高效利用的必然要求。为考察鹿鸣钼矿选矿废水循环利用的可行性,基于废水水质分析结果,在实验室进行了选矿废水直接回用的探索试验及系统的药剂制度优化试验,并通过工业试验进行了验证。结果表明,在现有选矿工艺制度下,选矿废水直接回用会明显降低铜、钼精矿品位,无法满足生产要求。通过优化铜钼混浮作业、铜钼分离作业和钼尾选铜作业的浮选药剂制度,调整选矿废水循环利用的生产工艺流程,经过工业试验验证,最终获得了钼回收率88.13%、铜回收率35.29%的良好指标,使综合经济效益有所提升,为同类型钼矿选厂选矿废水循环利用提供了借鉴。

Research and Application of Recycling Process of Beneficiation Wastewater in Luming Molybdenum Mine

Abstract:The complete reuse of mineral processing wastewater is an inevitable requirement for the construction of green mine and the efficient utilization of resources. In order to investigate the feasibility of recycling waste water from Luming Molybdenum mine, based on the analysis of wastewater quality, the exploration test of direct reuse of mineral processing wastewater and the optimization test of pharmaceutical system were carried out in the laboratory and verified by industrial tests. The results show that for the existing beneficiation process system, the direct recycling of beneficiation wastewater will significantly reduce the grade of copper and molybdenum concentrate, which cannot meet the production requirements. By adjusting and optimizing the flotation reagent system of copper and molybdenum mixed floatation, copper and molybdenum separation and copper separation from molybdenum tail, the production process of complete recycling of mineral processing wastewater has been determined, and preparable indexes of molybdenum recovery of 88.13% and copper recovery of 35.29% have been obtained in the industrial tests, and the comprehensive economic benefits have been improved. This paper provides reference for recycling and utilization of wastewater from the same type of molybdenum ore.
