摘    要:对30Cr1Mo1V高中压转子出现的探伤缺陷进行解剖分析,确定了高中压转子的缺陷性质和缺陷产生的原因。通过采取工艺改进措施,解决了高中压转子的质量问题,收到良好效果。

Abstract:This paper has analyzed the defects of 30Cr1Mo1V high-middle pressure rotors by dissection,and determined the nature and producing cause of defect.Based on process improvement,the quality problem of high-middle pressure rotor has been resolved with satisfaction.
