浅析9FA级燃气轮机离线水洗异常跳闸故障

摘    要:针对某S109FA机组进行压气机离线水洗过程中清洗至浸泡阶段机组异常故障跳闸现象,通过查阅 燃气轮机保护卡技术手册深人理解燃气轮机转速迟滞及零转速检测判断逻辑,简要分析故障跳闸原因,针对 性提出防患措施,消除故障隐患,有效减少机组离线水洗过程中异常跳闸频次,降低机组故障损伤程度,进一 步延长机组使用寿命。

Abstract:For a certain S109FA unit,an abnormal fault tri]3 during compressor off-line wasliing to soaking stage was carried out. By referring to the gas turbine protection card technical manual,the turbine speed stale and zero speed detection and judgment logic were thoroughly understood,the causes of fault trip were briefly analyzed,and preventive measures were proposed to eliminate hiddentrouble. It can effectively decrease the abnormal tripping frequency of the unit during the off-line washing process,reduce the damageof the unit,and the life of the unit will be further extended.
