摘    要:爪式转子型线决定了爪式真空泵的性能,绘制爪式型线是爪式真空泵设计的重要步骤.为了进一步提高爪式转子的容积利用率,减小其余隙容积,本文基于曲线啮合理论建立了椭圆弧与其包络线的啮合模型,进而提出一种新型椭圆弧转子:新型椭圆弧直爪转子,并分析了其工作时的内容积比和容积利用率,横向对比了余隙容积和封闭容积.结果表明:椭圆弧型直...

Abstract:Claw rotor determines the performance of the claw vacuum pump,and the profile is the basis of rotor design. In order to further improve the volume utilization rate of claw rotor and reduce the remaining gap volume,this paper establishes the meshing model of elliptical arc and its envelope based on the curve meshing theory,and then proposes a new elliptical arc rotor:a new elliptical arc straight claw rotor,analyzes its working content product ratio and volume utilization rate,and compares the clearance volume and closed volume. The results show that all curves of the elliptical arc straight claw rotor are smoothly connected,and the correct meshing effect can be achieved. The clearance volume and closed volume are reduced compared with the sharp point rotor and the arc rotor,and the content product ratio and volume utilization rate are higher.
