| 摘 要： | 分析ICS/MCS安全属性和安全类型,论述ICS/MCS安全运行正在面临的挑战,指出现今的MCS已经不能适应3S复杂大电网安全运行的需要。文章提出ICS高度的集约性、新技术的复杂性可能带来新的脆弱性;下一代ICS的基础设施必须是高性能、高安全和高质量的,才能支持MCS的灵活性、系统的重构和数据的恢复。特别指出,现今3S的在线控制并不能防止电网的崩溃,而且缺乏对其安全后果的深入分析和实践检验;同时提出了MAS和DAA可能是关于EPS/ICS/MCS相互依赖性的安全风险评估的有效方法。
