ICS/MCS安全性类型和面临的挑战

摘    要:分析ICS/MCS安全属性和安全类型,论述ICS/MCS安全运行正在面临的挑战,指出现今的MCS已经不能适应3S复杂大电网安全运行的需要。文章提出ICS高度的集约性、新技术的复杂性可能带来新的脆弱性;下一代ICS的基础设施必须是高性能、高安全和高质量的,才能支持MCS的灵活性、系统的重构和数据的恢复。特别指出,现今3S的在线控制并不能防止电网的崩溃,而且缺乏对其安全后果的深入分析和实践检验;同时提出了MAS和DAA可能是关于EPS/ICS/MCS相互依赖性的安全风险评估的有效方法。

Abstract:This paper analyses the security attributes and types of ICS/MCS,and discusses the challenges that ICS/MCS safe operation is facing.It points out that the recent MCS can not meet the needs of 3S power grid,and due to high intensively of ICS,the complexity of the new technology may bring new vulnerability.The next ICS infrastructure must have higher performance,safety and quality so as to support the system reconstruction and the data recovery of MCS.The paper also points out that the recent on-line control ...
